**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver engaging course materials in fashion design, history, theory, or merchandising.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to create and update program curricula to reflect industry trends.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance to students on academic and professional development.
- **Research**: Conduct original research in fashion studies and publish findings in relevant journals.
- **Industry Collaboration**: Build relationships with fashion industry professionals to enhance student learning and internship opportunities.
- **Service**: Participate in departmental and university committees, community outreach, and professional organisations.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of fashion design principles, trends, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use technology and digital tools effectively in teaching.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
