**Staff Management**:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, janitors, and cleaners.
- Training new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Scheduling shifts and assigning tasks to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- **Quality Control**:
- Inspecting rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with established standards.
- Addressing any deficiencies or issues promptly, either by reassigning tasks or providing additional training.
- Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring their proper usage and maintenance.
- **Performance Evaluation**:
- Conducting performance evaluations for housekeeping staff, providing feedback on their work performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance to motivate employees and foster a positive work environment.
- **Customer Service**:
- Addressing guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to meet guest needs and ensure a seamless experience.
- **Safety and Compliance**:
- Enforcing safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Ensuring compliance with health and sanitation standards, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to housekeeping operations.
- **Budget Management**:
- Assisting in the development of the housekeeping budget, including labor costs, supplies, and equipment.
- Monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality or guest satisfaction.
- Recommending improvements or investments in equipment and technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- **Communication**:
- Maintaining open communication channels with housekeeping staff, management, and other departments.
- Participating in regular meetings to discuss performance, objectives, and any issues or concerns.
- Providing regular reports and updates on housekeeping activities, including metrics such as occupancy rates, guest satisfaction scores, and cleanliness scores.

Contract length: 11 months
**Salary**: ₹10,225.08 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 70 per week
