**Store Executive/ Assistant**

- Overall responsibility of maintaining records of incoming & issued Raw material, Packing Material & inventory.
- Overall responsibility of maintaining records of outgoing finished good & inventory.
- To get the incoming material checked by concerned department & take signature at the back of the challan to ascertain that the incoming material has been brought to his notice.
- To disperse the documents to the concerned departments i.e. COA to Q.A. department, duplicate copy to transporter invoice Accounts Section, etc. The receipt for all documents is to be taken from the respective departments.
- To make the entries from material Inward Register, Outward Register & Requisition slips to the main stock ledgers. This must be done on day to day basis.
- Check the raw material, Packing Material and Finished Good ground stock once in a week to ensure that the book stock is similar to ground stock & all the Material storage is conforming to the Good Storage Practice.
- Making of Inwards from inward register & get it signed from respective department head, Purchase Manager & finally from COO to send it duly recorded along with original Invoice to the Account section for releasing payment as per the terms & conditions of the order.
- On the basis of daily raw material & Packing Material stock report ascertain the ordering requirements of particular material. Intimate the Respective department whenever any material reaches minimum order level.
- To apprise the Purchase manager & Production Manager regarding any indents. Mention the current stock status including the delivery time required. Ensure that the order has been placed by the Purchase department in time.
- To make gate passes for any materials going out of factory on the behest of concerned authorized person & take his signature over the gate pass & his written remark mentioning the reason for which the particular item is going out of the factory. The Gate Pass is finally put before Respective Manager to take his consent for sending the material out.
- To train the Stores workers in implementing the system requirements.
- To coordinate with QA department for release of raw material and packing materials.
- Directly responsible to maintain and ensure the GMP and Housekeeping conditions in the raw material, packing material and finished goods storage areas inside the plant as well as third party contracted warehouses as per the ISO requirements.
- Directly responsible for monitoring and maintaining a record of the raw material and packing material age in storage warehouse, according to the guidelines provided by QA and R&D and circulate the report to the top management.
- Directly responsible to ensure FIFO and FEFO of raw material, packing material and finished goods during issue of materials to production.
- Responsible to ensure traceability of raw material, packing material and finished goods from material receipt and storage till dispatch and maintain related documents for the same.

To review and implement SOPs of Stores department as and when required

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
