Job Summary:
The Doctor at EPIA will be crucial in patient care and operations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients seeking fertility treatments. In addition to assisting with clinical procedures, the role involves handling patient inquiries, following up with leads, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive awareness about EPIA’s advanced fertility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care & Clinical Support:

- Assist in preparing patients, and educate patients about treatment protocols, medication schedules, and post-procedure care.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients navigating fertility challenges.
- Assist doctors during ultrasounds, egg retrievals, and embryo transfers.
- Learn about acupuncture and adminiter naturopathy treatments to patients
- Maintain clinic operations etc.

2. Lead Management & Patient Coordination:

- Call and follow up with potential patients who have inquired about fertility services through the website, social media, or events.
- Schedule appointments and consultations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Assist in coordinating with diagnostic labs and vendors for test results and equipment supply.
- Maintain accurate patient records in clinic management software

3. Marketing & Outreach Support:

- Outreach for marketing activities.
- Support clinic events, webinars, and awareness campaigns focused on fertility and women’s health.
- Gather patient feedback and testimonials for social media and marketing purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: BNYS Degree
- Experience: 1-3 years in a naturopathy centre.
- Communication & Sales Skills: Strong ability to engage with patients, follow up on leads, and explain treatment options in a simple, reassuring way.
- Language Proficiency: English, Hindi for effective patient interactions.
