**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct therapy sessions as per HealIn.Health's integrated healing protocols
- Coordinate with BNYS doctor and clinical leads for therapy planning
- Maintain hygiene, documentation, and SOP compliance
- Educate clients on follow-up routines and behavior tracking via CompanionOS
- Operate or be trained to operate device-based therapies (e.g., **Cryo spray**, **Steam Dome**, **Light Therapy**, **Neurofeedback**)
- Assist in colon hydrotherapy (training will be provided)
- Help with **biofeedback assessments**, therapy room setup, and digital patient logs

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Senior Therapist:_
- Diploma/Certificate in Spa Therapy or Panchakarma Therapy (Minimum 2 years)
- 2+ years experience in naturopathy/spa centers/wellness retreats
- Strong understanding of herbal healing, detoxification, and holistic well-being
- Junior Therapist:_
- Certificate in Spa/Wellness Therapy or BPT/DPT/Nursing background
- 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with enthusiasm and learning mindset are welcome)
- Comfortable with **devices**, **mobile apps**, and clinical protocols
- Willingness to undergo **colon hydro and neurodevice training**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
