**Work Schedule**:
Full Time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00a.m. to 7:00pm. Hours may vary on occasion, depending on workload. Second Saturday Holiday.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Writer to join our team. The Senior Medical Writer will play a key role in developing and producing high-quality medical content for various projects, including clinical research documents, regulatory submissions, medical publications, educational materials, client communications, thesis, publications, and data extraction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and gather relevant information from various sources, including scientific literature, clinical trial data, and medical experts.
- Write and edit scientific and medical content for a range of materials, including manuscripts, regulatory documents, clinical study reports, patient education materials, and marketing materials.
- Ensure that all content is accurate, clear, and adheres to regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to develop content that meets the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, scientific developments, and regulatory requirements related to medical writing.
- Contribute to the development of company standards, processes, and templates for medical writing activities.
- Participate in internal and external meetings, presentations, and discussions related to medical writing projects.
- Assist with other writing and editorial tasks, as needed, to support the overall goals of the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience in medical writing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to communicate complex scientific and medical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical research methodologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH guidelines, GCP, and FDA regulations).
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for document preparation and management (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight timelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels.
