*Key Responsibilities:*
- Research, write, and edit a variety of medical content, including patient education materials, blog posts, website content, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Translate complex medical and scientific information into clear, accessible language for patients and the general public.
- Develop content that supports patient care, hospital services, and health promotion initiatives.
- Ensure all content is accurate, evidence-based, and adheres to current medical guidelines and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, department heads, and the communications team to produce relevant and timely content.
- Stay informed about the latest medical research, healthcare trends, and hospital news to ensure content is current and relevant.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and consistency.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Journalism, English, Communications, Health Sciences, or similar). Advanced degree in a medical or scientific field preferred.
- Proven experience as a medical writer, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting, with a portfolio of published medical content.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare practices, and clinical guidelines.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex medical research clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content strategies is a plus.

*Preferred Skills:*
- Experience in writing for patient education, hospital marketing, and healthcare communications.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for medical writing.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and medical databases.
- Experience with multimedia content creation (videos, infographics) is a plus.
