**Job description**

We Are Hiring Tele-Calling Executives / Team Leaders / Managers For The Collection Process Of Multinational, Indian Banks And NBFC's.

You Will Be Responsible For Calling and Collecting The Outstanding Dues Of The Customers.

DRA-CERTIFIED (Debt Recovery Agent) Executives Are Preferred.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Debt Recovery Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Initiating calls to customers to discuss and collect outstanding dues.
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications and payment agreements.
- Following up with customers to ensure compliance with payment arrangements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues effectively.

**Requirements**:

- DRA Certification (Debt Recovery Agent) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade customers to fulfill their financial obligations.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
