Field Sales Executive

**Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Researching and analyzing market trends to stay updated on industry developments.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements, and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Providing product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
**Sales Execution**:
- Actively prospecting and generating leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conducting face-to-face meetings with customers to negotiate terms of sale and close deals.
- Following up on sales inquiries and inquiries promptly and professionally.
**Achieving Sales Targets**:
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
- Monitoring sales performance metrics (e.g., monthly sales results, market share, customer satisfaction) and taking corrective actions as needed.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Preparing and submitting sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management regularly.
**Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis**:
- Gathering market intelligence and competitor information to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Providing feedback to management on customer needs, market conditions, and opportunities for growth.
**Collaboration and Teamwork**:
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support, product development) to support sales initiatives and address customer needs effectively.
- Participating in team meetings, sales training programs, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Adherence to Policies and Procedures**:
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to sales practices and customer interactions.
**Continuous Learning and Development**:
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, product developments, and best practices in sales techniques.
- Continuously improving sales skills through self-study, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
**Customer Service and Support**:
- Providing post-sales support and resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers by offering solutions and advice that align with their business needs.
