Job Opportunity: Legal Counsel for Reputed Educational Trust

Pradnya Niketan Education Society is a well-established Public Trust managing a prestigious school ( The Orchid School, Baner rd.) and N.K. Orchid College of Engineering, Solapur is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawyer to oversee its legal affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal guidance on institutional and trust-related matters.
- Draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Represent the Trust in legal proceedings and liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with education, trust, and corporate laws.
- Handle property, employment, and governance-related legal matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
- 5+ years of experience in legal practice, preferably in education or nonprofit sectors.
- Strong knowledge of trust laws, education laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Location & Remuneration:

- Based at Baner Road, Pune
- Competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience.
