**Position Overview**:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for performing the daily functions of Accounts Payable, which include the processing of vendor invoices, responding to inquiries, and researching & processing adjustments (as needed). This position resides in a fast-paced setting, where attention to detail is a key competency for maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.

**Key job responsibilities: -**
- Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation, obtains account coding, enters invoices in the invoice management system, and routes for approval.
- Researches and responds timely to inquiries from vendors and team members.
- May review expenses for compliance to company policy.
- Process cheque requests
- Responsible for processing A/P invoices and batches on a daily basis
- Manages CONCUR expense reimbursement processes.
- Coordinates the upload of the electronic invoices.
- Communicates with facility officials and other professionals daily.
- In sensitive and urgent situations, assembles unapproved invoices for the approval by the appropriate managers or executives.
- Processes cheque to send to vendors for payment weekly.
- Working on 1099 during year end closure
- Set up new vendors maintain W-9 information.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to always remain alert; pay close attention to details.
- Ability to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
- One to three years of experience processing **Account payable** with US client is required.
- Working knowledge of ERPs like MS Dynamics - Great Plains and Docuphase is preferred
