**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining management information systems (MIS) to help the organization optimize operations, enhance decision-making, and achieve business goals. This role involves preparing, analyzing, and presenting data in reports and dashboards, as well as ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Collect, compile, and analyze business data from multiple sources.
- Generate periodic MIS reports for various departments (sales, finance, operations, etc.).
- Design, develop, and maintain regular reports and dashboards.
- Ensure the timely delivery of reports to management with accurate and relevant data.
- **System Maintenance & Support**:

- Manage and update the MIS system to ensure its effective use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MIS systems and tools.
- Work with IT and other teams to implement new software tools or processes to improve efficiency.
- **Data Analysis & Interpretation**:

- Analyze complex data and trends to help in strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business operations.
- Identify data discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Suggest process improvements to enhance reporting and data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
- Continuously monitor and refine existing reporting processes for greater efficiency.
- **Ad-hoc Reports & Projects**:

- Provide support for ad-hoc requests for data and analysis.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives that require data analysis and reporting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
