**Job Title**: Staff Trainer
**Job Overview**: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Staff Trainer to join our team. The Staff Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs that ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. This role involves creating engaging learning materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the success of training programs to improve overall employee performance and productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training Program Development**:
- Develop, design, and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff based on organizational needs and performance gaps.
- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and interactive tools, to support various learning styles.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, training techniques, and best practices to continually improve training methods.
- **Conducting Training Sessions**:
- Deliver in-person, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions to employees, ensuring the material is engaging, clear, and accessible.
- Lead group training as well as one-on-one sessions to address specific employee needs and development.
- Use a variety of instructional techniques and media (e.g., role-playing, demonstrations, group exercises) to engage employees and enhance learning.
- **Assessing Training Needs**:
- Work with department managers and HR to identify areas where employees require additional training or skill development.
- Conduct training needs assessments to determine knowledge gaps, performance issues, or skills deficiencies.
- Gather feedback from employees and managers to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
- **Monitoring and Evaluation**:
- Track employee progress through evaluations, tests, quizzes, and feedback surveys to measure the effectiveness of training.
- Maintain records of employee participation in training programs, progress, and performance improvements.
- **Onboarding Support**:
- Assist in onboarding new employees by providing them with necessary orientation and training related to their roles and company policies.
- Ensure that new hires understand organizational culture, procedures, and tools they will use daily.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to refine and enhance training programs based on business needs and employee feedback.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for learning and development, making sure the company’s training strategy evolves in line with changing business goals.
- **Employee Development and Engagement**:
- Foster an environment of continuous learning, encouraging employees to pursue personal and professional growth.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff as they progress through training and development programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a trainer, educator, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design, training delivery techniques, and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools (e.g., Learning Management Systems, PowerPoint, video conferencing platforms).
- Ability to evaluate and assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, or similar certifications).
- Experience in industry-specific training (e.g., customer service, sales, technical training, etc.).
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse groups of employees.
**Work Environment**: This position is typically performed in an office or training facility, with potential travel for in-person training sessions at various company locations. The trainer may also conduct virtual training as needed. Regular working hours with flexibility based on training schedules and employee needs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
