**Product Management**:
Our Product centre is in Bangalore while our sales offices and partners are spread across the country and specific regions outside India. Our Product and Engineering functions at Tally is responsible for Design, Development, Testing and Product Roadmap of all the delightful and flawless products that we release for our customers.

**What You Will Own**

As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in driving design excellence, ensuring that our solutions are both functional and emotionally engaging. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create designs that align with user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

**Experience You Should Bring**
- 6-8 years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in user-centered design and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with a solid understanding of design principles, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Extensive experience with design systems, including contributing to and managing design libraries and components.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- **Lead the Design Process** - Own and lead the entire design process, from user research and ideation through to final delivery. Bring your expertise in delivering high-quality, user-centered design solutions that are both creative and practical. Work cross-functionally with teams to define design solutions that address user pain points and achieve business objectives.
- **Innovate and Evolve Design Systems** - Contribute to and enhance our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability while allowing room for experimentation and innovation. Create reusable design components and continuously improve our design libraries to streamline both the design and development processes.
- **Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams** - Partner with engineers and product managers to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and align with the product roadmap. Communicate design intent effectively and work through trade-offs to deliver the best possible product experience.
- **Understand and Design for the Broader Ecosystem** - Design with an ecosystem mindset — recognising how users, workflows, modules, and roles interact across the product landscape.
