- Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD)
- Categorizing bank and credit card transactions
- Creating Invoices
- Recording Bills
- Processing and Recording Payrolls
- Reconciling Bank and Credit Cards
- Maintaining Inventory
- AR and AP management
- To record sale and expense accounting entries with accuracy and consistency.
- To update and reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- To create a new vendor and update the details of the existing vendors in the software.
- To ensure quality controls according to the execution and reporting of the process.
- Also to work on process improvement from time to time.
- Should have expertise in working on Quickbooks.
