We’re looking for an innovative Floor Assistant to promote our company's brand and products. In this role, you will be optimizing our sales & marketing strategies, managing the marketing budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of sales & marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding Sales manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet clients in the showroom, understand their needs, make presentations and advise them on products and solutions suiting their needs
- Work with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors etc.) in planning and product selection
- Prepare the quotations according to the clients’ needs and specifications, send them to the clients and negotiate and follow-up with them till closing the deal.
- Builds business by identifying and selling Tiles and Sanitary products
- Possess a professional, knowledgeable, positive and energetic attitude
- Uses strong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and motivation to hook the customer
- Maintain the Showroom as a professional place of business
- Delivers superior customer service

**Requirements and skills**
- 2+ Years of proven working experience in sales & marketing, particularly within the Ceramic industry
- Proficiency with online and offline sales & marketing strategy
- Need to have effective listening, communication and negotiating skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree

**Salary**: ₹20,086.00 - ₹48,352.76 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
