Job Title Senior Process consultant-Voice Process

Reporting to

Location JTP Chennai

Working Hours/ Days 5days/9hrs

Shift 4.30pm to 1.30am

(There can be fortnightly/ monthly call between 06:30am-2pm IST)

AR calling-US Healthcare

People Management Client relationships

**Salary**: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- AR caller: 2 years (preferred)
- International voice process: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
