- Providing excellent customer service to all Rently users.
- International voice experience is a plus.

**Daily Tasks**:
- Taking care of support requests through voice mediums.
- Maintaining high quality standards on customer experience **Making real-time decisions** Escalating high level requests to proper internal channels.
Rently being an ISO certified company focuses on maintaining security, any individual associated with Rently is expected to maintain the same.
**Hours**: Operating in US hours
**Be ready to work on night shifts and during weekends based on the work schedule (5days Work Culture)**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
