1. Verification and preparation of MIS for all above-mentioned entities.

2. Preparation of Debtors report and Audit of Accounts Receivables and follow-up with Sales

Team for Timely Collection and Trigger them for Over dues if any and also Timely reconciliation

of books with Customers.

3. Audit of Accounts Payables and Follow-up with Purchase Team for Timely reconciliation of

books with Suppliers.

4. Preparation of Daily Sales report.

5. Pre-Budgeting Preparation every month

6. Audit of Advances given to suppliers and Follow-up with Purchase Team for the early

closure.

7. Preparation of Monthly Profitability.

8. Monthly Salary audits for domestic locations.

9. Monthly Working Capital Data Preparation and Communication thereof to all the concerned.

10. Expenses’ payments allocation working for modules.

11. Development of all Audit reports through ERP.

12. Insurance for all Indian Entities.

13. Solar REC Purchase by timely payments on REC Portal

14. REC Sales coordination with broker and Exchange for payment

15. Monthly Preparation of Solar Billing and ensure delivery of bills to customer

16. Regular Audit of Solar Generation data and Gap Analysis

17. Reconciliation of Ujaas Energy Account and ensure timely payment to them

18. Coordinate with Consultants and Customers for any liasioning work required in both solar

plants

19. Daily Dispatch report making and tracking

20. Payment Planning of Every Month with Follow-up

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
