**Duty Sheet: Purchase Executive**
- Research and source new potential vendors (goods, products, parts and services) while maintaining relationship with existing suppliers
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery while updating the stakeholders
- Maintain purchase records, delivery, terms in a database
- Maintain requirements and offers in a database to analyse requirement and pricing trend
- Maintain and monitor stock levels for timely actions and highlight discrepancies if any
- Maintain records of vendors
- Review quality of the purchased products
- Coordinate logistics and arrange for the purchased items to be delivered to the required location while maintaining proper records and logs
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage
- Ensure SOP are followed throughout the complete process starting from requirement till the payments
- Prepare payment lists
- Coordinate with accounts and finance team for timely payment
- BE Mechanical or Electrical with at least 2 years of experience in purchase.
- MBA post BE would be preferred
- Should have a valid driving license. The job will require to travel to source the goods, products, parts, etc and hence should be aware of the local city.
- Languages: English and Hindi would be required. Other regional language would be beneficial.
- Intermediate to advance PC skills - Complete MS Office package - Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to create reports and cost analysis.
- Possess excellent communication skills: both written and oral - influential communication, persuasion and negotiation. The job would require both Internal and External communication.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing - researching, evaluating and liaising
- Understanding of the purchasing process and policies
- Must be a quick learner
- Negotiation skills
- Problem solving skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
