**Responsibilities**:
Guest Greeting and Assistance:
Welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
Answer questions and address concerns promptly.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Front Desk Operations:
Maintain an organized and efficient front desk.
Operate computer programs and multi-line phone systems.
Book reservations and maintain guest records.
Handle basic cashier and bookkeeping responsibilities.
Guest Relations:
Ensure guests feel valued and attended to.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Address any guest requests or issues promptly.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant front office experience in a hotel or service apartment.
