E-commerce Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Account Management**: Manage and optimize Amazon seller accounts for multiple clients.
- **Product Listing & Optimization**: Create, upload, and enhance listings using relevant keywords, A+ content, and compelling product copy.
- **Performance Analysis**: Generate weekly/monthly reports for account performance, ad spends, ACoS, CTR, etc.
- **Compliance & Policy Adherence**: Ensure listings comply with Amazon policies; resolve account health and suppression issues.
- **Coordination & Communication**: Work closely with internal teams for listing assets and with clients for strategy updates.
- **Customer Support**: Address and resolve negative feedback, return issues, and buyer messages through seller platforms.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any stream.
- 0-2 years of experience managing Amazon/Flipkart or similar marketplaces.
- Proficient in **Amazon Seller Central**/**Flipkart Seller Hub**, and tools like Helium 10 or similar.
- Basic understanding of **Amazon PPC campaigns** and ad optimization.
- Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content creation.
- Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools, ad analytics, and bulk uploads.
- Basic creative/graphic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop) is a bonus.
