Key Responsibilities:Data Entry and Management: o Accurately input and update data in our systems and databases. o Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy. o Correct any discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
- Document Handling: Organize, scan, and file physical and electronic documents. o Retrieve and provide documents as needed by other team members.
- Compliance and Confidentiality: o Adhere to company policies regarding data security and confidentiality. o Ensure compliance with data management procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with data entry software and systems.

Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
