**Position Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make outbound calls**: Reach out to prospective clients to provide information about Life Touch Immigration’s services and answer any queries.
- **Handle inbound calls**: Respond to client inquiries, provide necessary information, and resolve any concerns regarding immigration processes.
- **Schedule appointments**: Coordinate consultations with immigration specialists for clients interested in our services.
- **Maintain client database**: Record and update client information in our system, ensuring accurate data entry and following up as needed.
- **Provide excellent customer service**: Offer professional and helpful support to clients, ensuring a positive experience with our services.
- **Follow-up on leads**: Contact potential clients from our database to provide information and encourage them to book consultations.
- **Achieve daily targets**: Meet the daily call and follow-up targets set by the team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Call Center Agent, or similar role.
