**1. Airbnb Apartment Bookings Management**
- Oversee and manage all Airbnb bookings for service apartments.
- Ensure coordination with cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness standards after every guest check-out and before every guest check-in.
- Prepare and arrange welcome hampers for incoming guests to enhance the customer experience.

**2. Resort Booking Coordination & Software Management**
- Regularly update and maintain booking rates, availability, and promotions across all platforms.
- Use booking management software to track reservations, availability, guest preferences, and ensure seamless coordination between departments (front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance).

**3. Maintenance Management**
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular checks and repairs of both service apartments and resorts to ensure top-notch upkeep.
- Manage maintenance requests and ensure quick resolution of any issues that may arise during guest stays.
- Conduct monthly inspections to ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality of facilities.

**4. Purchasing of Material & Stock Management**
- Monitor and manage the purchasing of all necessary materials and stock for both the service apartments and resort, including cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumables.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and negotiate the best pricing and terms.
- Maintain an organized inventory system, tracking stock levels, and ensuring there are no shortages or overstock.
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all supplies are available when needed.

**5. Marketing Activities to Boost Sales**
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote Mauli Stays across digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns targeting both local and international customers.
- Manage social media accounts, engage with audiences, and work on content to attract more bookings.

**6. Sales Closures**
- Negotiate rates, packages, and offerings with customers where necessary to secure bookings and maximize occupancy.

**7. Customer Engagement & Negotiation**
- Answer customer calls, provide detailed information on resort or apartment facilities, and assist with any queries.
- Use persuasion and negotiation techniques to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction with the pricing and services.

**8. Resort Visits**
- Visit the resort once a week to oversee operations, address on-site issues, and ensure all departments are functioning efficiently.
- Engage with staff to monitor their performance, and ensure standards of service and maintenance are being upheld.

**9. Customer Feedback & Satisfaction**
- Collect reviews and feedback from guests post-stay to evaluate their experience.
- Address any customer concerns promptly and resolve complaints to improve service quality.
- Implement guest suggestions where feasible to continuously enhance the customer experience.

**10. Social Media Lead Management**
- Monitor and manage all inquiries, bookings, and customer interactions via social media channels.
- Respond promptly to leads generated through social media platforms, and ensure they are followed up effectively.
- Handle the rate parity between different platforms and ensure that inventory is managed effectively.

**12. Booking Software & Rate Management**
- Manage the main booking software for both the resort and service apartments.
- Regularly review and adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, and competition to ensure maximum occupancy.
- Analyze booking trends and occupancy rates to make informed pricing decisions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
