**Job Description: Blister Pack Machine Operator**

**Experience: 2-3 Years experience in Pharma Industry**

**Salary: 17,000/- to 25,000/-**

**Location: Jejuri, Pune Maharashtra**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate the Machine as per the SOP.
- Responsible for taking Line Clearances from Production Chemist & QA Chemist as & when required.
- Performing routine checks to ensure that the machine is in an operable state. Set the machine with proper Change Parts as per specifications.
- Keep the Change Parts in proper conditions.
- Executing preventative maintenance on the machine and maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the work area.
- Ensuring the correct packaging is used for specific product ranges and that packaging is done in line with the company standards.
- Reporting faulty packaging or problems on the machines to the relevant managers.
- Adhering to the safety regulations and protocol implemented in the packaging area.
- Completing all relevant documentation on the packing and maintenance of the packaging machines.
- Assist Maintenance Department in implementation of Preventive Maintenance schedule.
