**Job Title: Dotnet Application Support**

About the Team

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for the US banking platform.
- Work on business incidents and resolve them.
- Collaborate on change requests for production changes.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of production support experience, with knowledge in Windows platform ASP.net
- Familiarity with IIS and Database SQL
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of openshift
- Understanding of C# and OOPS concepts
- Networking knowledge
