**Dotnet Production / Application Support with SQL - 24/7 Rotational Shifts**

**What you will be doing**:

- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.

**What you bring**:

- At least 7 - 11 years in experience in Application Support and Production support
- Good experience in.NET, SQL Server, IIS,and API
- Good experience in technical production support experience.
- hands-on experience in issue analysis and bug fixing and ticketing tools like ServiceNow
- Will to work in 24x7 support & weekend on call support

**Added Bonus if you have**:

- Knowledge in Splunk would be added advantage.
- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
- Knowledge of financial services industry
