**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Digital Strategy Development**
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

**2. Content Creation and Management**
- Collaborate with design teams to develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.

**3. Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Develop and schedule regular posts to engage with our audience and promote services.

**4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Monitor website performance and analytics to optimize content and marketing strategies.

**6. Performance Analysis**
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on campaign performance and website traffic.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.

**7. Collaboration**

- Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (0-2 years) in digital marketing or a related role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
