**Responsibilities**:

- Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and drawings to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Inspect and test welded structures to guarantee quality and safety.
- Maintain welding and fabrication tools, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the fabrication and production team to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc) and metalworking processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Familiarity with various metals and materials used in fabrication.
- Proficiency in using welding and fabrication tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective workplace communication.
- Prior experience in fabricating for projects such as sports courts, or similar frameworks.

**Salary**: INR 25000-30000 (per month)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (required)
- Welding: 2 years (preferred)
- Fabrication: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi and English (required)
