**Content Videographer & Editor**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:
○ Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories, and posts) aligned with our brand vision.

○ Capture client transformations (before-after), interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, and service highlights.

○ Create time-lapse videos of salon services and processes.
- **Storytelling**:
○ Develop creative concepts that align with the LookWell Salon brand.

○ Highlight client journeys and transformations to inspire confidence and empowerment.
- **Editing & Post-Production**:
○ Use mobile-friendly editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, LumaFusion) or desktop software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) for professional-quality videos.

○ Add captions, text overlays, and music to enhance engagement.
- **Social Media Optimization**:
○ Ensure videos are optimized for Instagram (Reels, Stories, and feed posts) with proper dimensions, transitions, and storytelling flow.

○ Stay updated on trends in social media content to create viral-worthy videos.
- **Collaboration**:
○ Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with campaigns and promotions.

○ Coordinate with salon staff and clients for seamless content shoots.
- **Quality Assurance**:
○ Ensure all content reflects the luxurious and empowering essence of LookWell Salon.

○ Maintain a consistent aesthetic and tone across all videos.
