**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential and existing customers.
- Maintain customer databases, update customer information, and generate regular sales reports.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability for customer orders.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support sales team members in meeting sales targets, including arranging meetings, preparing sales presentations, and conducting market research.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the food industry or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Experience with CRM software or sales management systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
