**Job Title: Fresher Telecaller**

Job Location**:Lihigaon Nagpur**

**Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing information and addressing queries.

Promote and sell products/services effectively while adhering to company guidelines.

Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with their requirements.

Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and sales transactions.

Follow up on leads and potential customer inquiries.

Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills through training and feedback.

**Requirements**:
**Freshers with educational backgrounds in BSc Agriculture, BBA, BA, or ITI are welcome to apply.**

Strong verbal communication skills in English and [other languages as applicable].

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn, grow, and take on challenges.

Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in customer service or telecalling (optional but not required).

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
