**What will you do?**
- May require interpretation service during conferences or meetings with counterparts, clients, and vendors.
- Provide first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems.
- Perform quality audit and translations.
- Assist in Capability Development of bilinguals by conducting coaching or language training activities.
- Research, compile and learn business, tools, and technical terminologies.
- Use and contribute into strengthening translation tools to increase productivity.
- Work with teams and diverse range of people.
- Localization testing using Japanese language.
- Prior work experience in similar roles will be preferred.

**Role**:

- Create detailed BRD Spec and Functional stories for non-life re-insurance projects.
- Communicate effectively with native Japanese Clients.
- Translate documents accurately and without any gaps.
- Act as a bridge between business users and consultants.
- Participate in meetings and do the real time translation from Japanese to English and vice versa between various parties.
- Flexible to travel.

**What experience you should have?**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creating BRD Spec and Functional stories in projects (preferably insurance/re-insurance projects).
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese language.
- N2 and above certification in Japanese language.
