Mandatory Skills: - Japanese Language Proficiency – JLPT N1 or N2 certification required for seamless translation and communication. - Technical Translation Skills – Proven ability to translate technical documents, specifications, and discussions accurately. Good to Have Skills: - Programming Knowledge – Familiarity with C#, C++, or Java. - Client Interaction & Issue Resolution – Experience managing client communications, updates, and technical clarifications. - Team Leadership – Hands-on experience leading a small technical team (2–4 members).
