**Job Title**: Data Entry Executive (Fresher)
**Location**: Nehrunagar or Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad
**Shift Timings**:

- Note: Shifts will be allocated based on business requirements._

**Position Overview**

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Data Entry Executives. This role supports e-commerce operations by maintaining accurate product data, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring consistency across catalog platforms. It offers an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their professional careers in a structured and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update product information in the internal catalog system.
- Coordinate with suppliers to collect accurate product specifications, data, and images.
- Ensure consistency in product listings, pricing, and availability across platforms.
- Follow and support the implementation of cataloging standards and best practices.
- Input new product data with correct categorization and attributes.
- Conduct routine data quality checks and audits.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve catalog-related technical issues.
- Address product catalog queries from internal teams and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers.
- Contribute to the improvement of cataloging tools and processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Interest in data entry, back office operations, or e-commerce.
- Basic understanding of data entry or data management principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Compensation**
- **CTC**: ₹19,000 per month
- **In-hand Salary**: ₹13,000 per month
