**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator (Fresher)
**Location**: Nehrunagar or Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

**Position Summary**

We are looking to hire fresh graduates for the **Back Office Executive** position to support our e-commerce operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start their careers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role focuses on data management, coordination, and backend support.

**Shift Timings**

(_Shifts will be allocated based on business requirements._)

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Information Management**: Maintain and update product details in the internal catalog system.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Work with suppliers to collect detailed product data, specifications, and images.
- **Catalog Accuracy**: Ensure consistency and accuracy in product listings, including pricing and availability across all platforms.
- **Data Entry**: Enter new product data accurately, ensuring proper categorization and attributes.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular quality checks and audits to detect errors or outdated data.
- **Issue Resolution**: Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues with the catalog systems.
- **Internal and Vendor Support**: Address catalog-related queries from internal teams and external vendors.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for smooth information flow.
- **Process Improvement**: Contribute to ongoing improvements in cataloging processes and tools.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- **Experience**: No prior experience required (training will be provided).
- **Interest**: Keen interest in back-office operations, cataloging, or e-commerce.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of data entry or data management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Compensation**
- **CTC**: ₹19,000 per month
- **In-hand Salary**: ₹13,000 per month
