
Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the MD.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
- Support the MD in strategic planning and execution of business goals.
- Liaise with senior leadership and other board members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and integrity.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
