The SmartU WhatsApp bot is designed to assist farmers in maintaining financial records, addressing crop health issues, staying informed about local weather conditions, and staying up-to-date on market prices for their produce. By providing this information in an easy-to-use, accessible format, we aim to help farmers make informed decisions and ultimately improve their yields and profits.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide help and support to farmers through tele-calling
- Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
- Create and maintain reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during tele-calling
- Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
- Report the analysis and observation to the team lead
- Attention to detail, effective communication skills, ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Responsible for regular office activities and Tele-calling as per the provided Database.
- Good speaking & writing ability in English
- Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi language is must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
