Job Description**:Account Intern**

**Position**: Account Intern
**Department**: Finance & Accounts
**Duration: 4month internship**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an Account Intern to assist with accounting tasks including bank reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and preparation of financial reports like balance sheets and P&L.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bank Reconciliation (BR)**: Assist with monthly bank reconciliation and transaction verification.
- **Tally & General Ledger**: Help maintain Tally and assist with entries in the general ledger.
- **Balance Sheet & P&L**: Support in preparing balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Track and manage invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
- **Document Management**: Organize financial records and support audit preparations.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

**Basic Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Enrolled in or completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Software Knowledge**: Familiarity with Tally or accounting software.
- **Microsoft Excel**: Proficiency with formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
- **Attention to Detail**: High accuracy in data management and reporting.
- **Communication**: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
