The core role and responsibilities are:

- **Site Supervision**: Monitor and oversee road construction works (earthworks, subgrade, sub-base, base course, asphalt paving, drainage).
- **Workforce Coordination**: Supervise foremen, operators, and labour teams to ensure productivity and adherence to work plans.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure construction is in line with drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards.
- **Health & Safety**: Enforce HSE standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure workers follow safety protocols.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track daily activities, prepare site progress reports, and highlight delays or issues.
- **Resource Management**: Coordinate use of construction equipment, machinery, and materials efficiently.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve site problems, escalating major issues to the Project Manager.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Liaise with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
- **Documentation**: Maintain daily logs, checklists, and records of manpower, equipment, and materials used.
- **Compliance**: Ensure work complies with local regulations, codes, and environmental standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
