Qualifications:
Unique Knowledge & Skills Required - Minimum 4-5 years Corporate Travel experience. - Working knowledge of GDS, preferably Sabre, but will cross train if Galileo/Amadeus proficient - International (Geographical) destination knowledge required. - Exceptional customer servicing skills coupled with an orientation for quality are a must. - Relationship building with customers and stakeholders within relevant regions & team. - Ability to engage in a dynamic environment. - Excellent written communication skills - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment, while maintaining professionalism - Strong consultative selling skills, decisive and successful problem solving abilities - International faring, construction of itineraries and destination knowledge is required. - Key Competencies Driving Results Building & Leveraging relationships. - Drive Innovation & Change. - Communicate Effectively - Focuses on Customer & Client Critical Challenges - To use travel technology tools provided by the client to ensure that Corporate Travelers receive a level of service in line with company standards - To adapt based on coaching and feedback from the Team Leader during performance review. - To meet and exceed the quality service delivery expected by our customer, including specific SLA metrics.
