**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Good communication skills In English/ Hindi**

**Experience of 6 months-2 years in healthcare/ hospitality/spa/ salon**

**Must have good computer skills**

**Residing in Pune (Local)**

**Gross CTC: Rs 8000-Rs 10,000 per month**

**The clinic is in Wadgaon Sheri, Kalyani Nagar Annexe, Pune**

**Role and responsibilities**:
**He will be responsible for booking appointments for patients**

**Ensuring patients reach on time for appointments**

**Coordinating activities between doctors and patients**

**Assist doctor**

**Registration of patients in the computer as the entire process will be digitalized**

**Taking care of patients in the waiting area by serving them tea/ water**

**Keeping an office clean and hygienic with help of house-keeping**

**Maintaining housekeeping material**

**Keeping the healthcare instruments sanitized and clean**

**Bank transactions (withdrawal of petty cash/ depositing can received from patients)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk - Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
