**Responsibilities: -**
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals, background, and eligibility for permanent residency visas.
- Evaluate clients' profiles, including education, work experience, language proficiency, and other relevant factors.
- Analyze clients' profiles against eligibility criteria for different permanent residency visa categories.
- Present suitable immigration solutions and services based on the client's profile and preferences.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely responses.
- Identify and target potential clients interested in immigration services.
- Increase the number of qualified leads and potential clients in the sales pipeline.
- Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline with clear stages for each potential client.
- Regularly follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and move them through the sales process.
- Increase efficiency in managing leads and conversions, reducing lead attrition.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and processes for permanent residency visas in various countries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing and organizing documentation.
- Problem-solving ability to address clients' unique immigration challenges.
- Proficiency in relevant immigration software and databases.
- Ethical and responsible conduct in guiding clients through the immigration process.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in immigration counselling, legal practice, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with specific visa categories, country-specific requirements, and immigration procedures is advantageous.
- Minimum 6 months experience in the same industry.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
