**Team Overview**

The position in discussion is with the Risk Assurance team at KPMG Global Services (KGS), which is KPMG’s global delivery centre and is an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance innovation, build scalability, and improve profitability, globally. Workday is the latest ERP system which has great opportunities of becoming the next big thing in the ERP market. GRC tech Workday team consists of certified Workday specialists helping client manage their security and controls with ease.

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to work on highly cross-functional, geographically distributed project teams
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed
- Manage a team of 3-5 Analyst/Executive/Senior associates.
- Requires strong analytical skills.
- Communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Acts as primary resource on Workday security configurations
- Serves as the Security resource for feature releases and issue resolution
- Audits and maintains existing security structure
- Problem solving and troubleshooting related to security configurations
- Troubleshoot and solve Security related issues across all domains.
- Manages Workday Access Control projects across modules: Segregation of Duties (SOD) and sensitive access, access request management and emergency access management.
- Design Risk and Control Matrix for Workday business process and GITC controls.

**Mandatory Skills**
- Qualifications: BE/B-Tech/MBA
- Active Workday HCM/Fin certification
- CISA/CISM/CISSP certifications is an added advantage.
