**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily distribution center activities including order processing, dispatch, inventory handling, and returns.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Track order fulfillment metrics, delivery timelines, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Implement process improvements to optimize turnaround times, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards within the warehouse and during transit.
- Manage vendor and transporter performance, including rate negotiations and service monitoring.
- Support route planning and vehicle utilization for cost-effective delivery scheduling.
- Prepare periodic operational reports and dashboards for management review.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations related to logistics and delivery.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
