**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and dishes for the Continental menu under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
- **Cooking & Presentation**:
Prepare and cook continental dishes, ensuring that they meet the quality standards of the restaurant. Present dishes in an aesthetically pleasing manner according to the restaurant’s presentation guidelines.
- **Maintain Kitchen Hygiene**:
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in the kitchen. Regularly clean workstations, equipment, and utensils to meet health and safety standards.
- **Stock Control**:
Help with stock rotation, ensure ingredients are stored correctly, and notify the senior chefs of any shortages or supplies needed.
- **Support Senior Kitchen Staff**:
Assist with the preparation of more complex dishes as directed by senior chefs. Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately.
- **Assist in Training**:
Assist in the training of junior kitchen staff, ensuring that they follow all safety, hygiene, and culinary procedures.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:
Follow proper food handling procedures and ensure adherence to food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and foodborne illnesses.
- **Time Management**:
Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meet deadlines, particularly during busy periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
