- Conceptualize and design compelling visuals based on project requirements.
- Develop illustrations, logos, infographics, and layouts using industry-standard software.
- Use color theory, typography, and layout techniques to deliver visually engaging and brand-consistent graphics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to brainstorm and translate strategic direction into impactful designs.
- Support RFI and RFP proposals with high-quality presentation and design solutions in PowerPoint.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts meet quality and brand standards before delivery.
- Translate complex information into simple and visually appealing graphics and slide decks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of proven graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work including illustrations, branding, and infographics.
- Proficient in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), **CorelDRAW**, and video editing tools.
- Experience with **PowerPoint** for corporate proposal and design support.
- Ability to work efficiently on both **Mac and PC platforms**.
- Excellent sense of layout, color, and typography.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Design**, **Fine Arts**, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of additional design software or UI/UX tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design fundamentals and layout principles.
