The Marketing Advisor will develop and manage marketing programs and create high-value digital content and messaging for the BPO business focused in the Health Plan and Financial Services Risk and Compliance industry organizations. Education should be the equivalent of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, a graduate degree is preferred.

Primary Skills Required
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated ability to independently drive marketing programs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing IT services and/or Health Plan or Life Sciences industry or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

**Optional Skills**:

- Enjoy working with a diverse team, sharing ideas and creative thinking.
- Experience working in a variety of industries, ideally health plan or financial services business.
- Experience working across technology, business and industry groups.

**In this role you will be responsible to:
- Advise and consult with technology, business and industry leaders to develop value propositions, messaging, and content.
- Develop and lead innovative awareness and demand generation programs using high-value digital content and thought leadership that align to the business priorities.
- Create and/ or support BPO vertical/horizontal marketing collaterals, including overview deck(s), web content, digital ads and videos.
- Support new offering development and offer refinement.
- Proactively communicate marketing results as part of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and present marketing plans to varying levels of leadership.
- Effectively and efficiently project manage from ideation to market launch and track KPIs.
- Identify new and/or emerging marketing opportunities through industry research, events and news.
- Manage and adhere to marketing budget, vendor and agency relationships and payments.
