**Key Responsibilities**:

- PT Line Parameter Testing: Conduct and oversee the testing of PT Line Parameters to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Sample Panel Testing: Perform rigorous testing on sample panels to assess quality, durability, and other critical parameters.
- Gloss Level Testing: Evaluate and report on the gloss levels of various materials to ensure they meet specifications.
- Material Test Certification (MTC) Reports: Prepare and review MTC reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Inspection of Pre-Treatment and Powder Coating Processes: Monitor and inspect the pre-treatment and powder coating processes to ensure they are carried out correctly and efficiently.
- Sample Production: Produce high-quality samples for PVDF, Wood Finish, and Powder Coating according to the specified schedule.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and update technical documents as required to support process improvements and compliance.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards in all testing and production processes.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure effective communication and timely reporting of results.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve processes and techniques for better efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of PT Line Parameter Testing, Sample Panel Testing, and Gloss Level Testing.
- Familiarity with the procedures and standards for Material Test Certification.
- Competence in handling and producing samples for PVDF, Wood Finish, and Powder Coating.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and update technical documentation effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
